      1. Pulping system: hydraulic pulper, pulp unloading pump, high-frequency deflaker, double-disc refiner, thick stock tank, thick stock pump, mixing tank, mixing pump, low-concentration heavy slag remover, pulping tank, supply pump, return tank, return pump, white water tank, white water pump, control system and related pipes and fittings! For the pulping system of the meal bag, we equip it with an automatic feeding system according to the different products of the customers. The system is controlled by PLC for "mechanical and electrical integration" to complete automatic pulping and supply! According to the different needs of customers' actual production, we detect the concentration of the slurry in real time, and can control the slurry concentration online to ensure smooth production!       2. Forming equipment: pulping machine, hot pressing machine, die-cutting machine, six-axis robot handling system and forming, hot pressing, trimming and transfer molds!

      The slurry scooping machine adopts quantitative slurry injection molding method – that is, a quantitative slurry is injected into the molding cavity for adsorption molding. The slurry injection molding method has the following advantages:

      Hot press molding machine – the upper and lower heating plates are heated by oil and equipped with a mold temperature controller; the mold heating is more stable; the top mold power adopts a gas-liquid cylinder, which is fast, durable and easy to maintain. An independent gas storage tank is installed on the top of the molding machine to ensure that the product demolding is more stable.

      Six-axis robot handling system – uses high-end Kuka robots; Advantages Strong load capacity up to 500kg, and loads up to 1000kg, or even higher. Through precise sensors and advanced algorithms, high-precision positioning and repeated positioning are achieved! Simple operation – uses a personal computer control platform, with a simple operation interface, flexible programming, and fast speed.       3. Vacuum system, air compression system, high-pressure water system: The vacuum pump adopts a permanent magnet variable frequency energy-saving vacuum pump; the variable frequency vacuum pump automatically adjusts the motor speed according to the actual working conditions and accurately matches the pumping rate. It can usually save energy by 30%-50%, and does not require water or wastewater discharge, which is environmentally friendly!
